Information about the auditor

The external auditor of Intergas Central Asia, JSC has been the independent audit firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.  The selection of an audit organization for the audit of the financial statements of Intergas Central Asia, JSC for years 2023 - 2025 was carried out by the Unified Commission for the selection of an external auditor for QazaqGaz NC, JSC and its subsidiaries.

The corresponding Agreement on the audit of financial statements for 2023 – 2025 period was entered between  Intergas Central Asia, JSC and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where the amount of payment for the services of the auditing firm was approved by the Unified Commission in the total amount of 180,663,840 (one hundred eighty million six hundred sixty three thousand eight hundred forty) Tenge, including the VAT and comprising 57,960,000 (fifty seven million nine hundred sixty thousand) Tenge for 2023, further, 59,852,800 (fifty nine million eight hundred fifty two thousand eight hundred) Tenge for 2024, and finally, 62,851,040 (sixty two million eight hundred fifty one thousand and forty) Tenge for 2025.
