Mr.Serdiyev was born on 31 January, 1976 in Mangystau oblast.
Mr. Kasseyev was born on August 14, 1967 in East-Kazakhstan oblast.
1998 – 2001, Director of Ust-Kamenogorsk Gas Management Administration, LLP, then Deputy Managing Director of Alautransgas, OJSC.
In the beginning of a new working year, each employee of the KazMunayGas needs to evaluate individual contribution to improving occupational safety and health protection, which helps to prevent dangerous occurrences and accidents at workplaces in order to achieve a higher level of safety and reliability.
Focus on improving safety and health of every company employee and contractor, as well on the well-being of local communities is a formula of the KazMunayGas's long-term success in business.
We strive to promote safety and health culture, involving all employees of the KazMunayGas, who share our core values, as well as our commitment to integrity and excellence. We need your personal interest and support in achieving this goal.
Safety and health culture always begins with leadership. Leaders teach by own example other employees how to behave at the workplace which in turn create a workplace culture. Leaders also influence over culture by setting expectations, creating a structure, teaching and inspiring others to be personally responsible for the result. And such safety culture should become an integral part of every management level at the KazMunayGas. It must be constantly strengthened and developed, and the issues of occupational safety and health should have an intrinsically higher priority than others.
Our real goal is to provide such conditions for the KazMunayGas employees and contractorsto return home safe and sound every day. We will always work toward our goal –WORK DOES NOANY HARM.
The term“culture of behavioral safety”means, in addition to compliance of employees with the regulatory requirements, the recognition of their own responsibility for safe work practice.
Our current task is not just to ensure compliance with formal safety procedures, but also to inspire every employee of the KazMunayGas to improve workplace health and safety.
That is why leadership passion for safety and labor protection should proceed not only fromsenior and middle-rank managers, but also from every employee and contractor of the KazMunayGas, with the possibility of using all available means of communication.
The development of safety and labor protection culture is an endless and long process aimed at constant improvement. Excessive self-reliance and self-confidence in safety matters are unacceptable. Continuous improvements of safety and labor protection processes instills discipline in employees and improves attitude, which allows doing everything possible to achieve this goal.
It is clear that no oil and gas company in the world, including KazMunayGas, can state that it has achieved complete success in this area.
