Intergas Central Asia JSC is committed to the principles of legality, integrity, transparency and zero tolerance for corruption.
The Compliance Service of Intergas Central Asia JSC is an independent structural unit subordinate and accountable to the Company's Board of Directors. The Service performs its anti-corruption compliance functions independently of the Company's executive body, officers and other employees.
The primary purpose of the Service is to promote compliance by the Company and its employees with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure the operation and development of the anti-corruption compliance system, and identify, assess and monitor corruption and other compliance risks.
The Service monitors corruption and other compliance risks, takes measures to identify and manage conflicts of interest, conducts integrity due diligence on counterparties and job candidates, reviews reports submitted through the initiative reporting channel, and carries out reviews and internal investigations within its remit.
The Service also develops and updates internal anti-corruption compliance documents, delivers training and awareness-raising activities, monitors compliance with anti-corruption legislation and the Company's internal documents, and provides the Company's Board of Directors with information on the operation of the anti-corruption compliance system.
The Service's activities are aimed at fostering a culture of integrity within the Company, encouraging open reporting of violations, and promoting responsible compliance by employees with legislation and the Company's internal documents.

If you become aware of any facts or circumstances indicating possible or actual violations of applicable laws, the Company’s internal documents, as well as any instances of corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest or other violations falling within the competence of the Compliance Service, you may report them via the Hotline.
Confidentiality and anonymity of reports are guaranteed in accordance with the established procedure.
