Manas M.Tassybayev was born in 1962 in the Aktobe region.

Education: Almaty Institute of Railway Transport Engineers (1985), qualified Civil Engineer. Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Professional Experience:

Career started in 1979 with employment as a Mechanical Technician.

1985, construction Foreman, Aktobetransstroy trust.

1985-1987, regular military service in the armed forces of the Soviet Army, squad leader.

1987-1988, Foreman of the Aktobetransstroy Construction Trust.

1988-1991, Inspector, the People's Inspection Committee of Aktobe city.

1991, Instructor of the party commission for the organization and personnel work of the Aktobe City Party Committee.

1991-1992, Leading specialist, Chief Department for Labor and Employment of the Aktobe Regional Executive Committee.

1992-1994, assistant, adviser to the akim of Aktobe.

1994-1996, Deputy Head of the Department of Organization of Akim's Administration in Aktobe.

1996-1999, Head of the Administration Office, Deputy Akim of Aktobe.

1999-2002, First Deputy Akim of Aktobe. 2002-2006, Akim of Atyrau city.

2006-2008, Deputy Akim of Atyrau region. 2009, Managing Director of KazTransGas Aimak, JSC, for the Western Region.

2010 – 2016, Director of the Aktobe production branch of KazTransGas Aimak, JSC.

2016-2020, General Director of KazTransGas Aimak, JSC.

2021-2022, General Director of QazaqGaz Quryly, LLP.

April 2022 – present, General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) of Intergas Central Asia, JSC.
