- On August 27, 2024, bonds of Intergas Central Asia JSC subject to private placement (ISIN - KZ2C00011856) were included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC on the Private Placement platform.

- On August 9, 2024, Intergas Central Asia JSC registered the first bond program with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market for a total amount of 131.6 billion Tenge;

- On August 16, 2024, Intergas Central Asia JSC completed the state registration of the issue of bonds subject to private placement under the bond program in the amount of 6.0 billion Tenge.

Registration of the bond program of Intergas Central Asia JSC, as well as registration of the bonds issue subject to private placement within the scope of the bond program was effected in connection with the need to implement the Taldykorgan Usharal Project for a period of 10 years.
