Mr. Kismetov was born in 1977 in Atyrau city.

Education: Kazakh National Technical University named after K.Satpayev, Almaty city (1994 – 1995), Atyrau Oil and Gas Institute (1995-1999), with major in Machinery and Equipment for Oil and Gas Fields, qualified as Mechanical Engineer. Atyrau Oil and Gas Institute (2004), Department of Master Programs and Postgraduate Studies, Academic Degree of Master of Engineering and Technology in the field of Technological Machines and Equipment. Nazarbaev University, OJSC (2022), Programme for Executive Master of Business Administration, Master Degree.

Work experience:

2000 – 2001, Fire Safety Monitoring Officer, joint venture Bechtel-Enka; Engineer, Prikaspiyburneft – Kazakhstan, LLP;

2001-2002, Engineer of the Turbine CP of Gas Compressor Service of the Kulsary Line Production Unit of Atyrau Regional Branch for Gas Pipelines Management of Intergas Central Asia, CJSC;

2002-2005, Engineer, Head of Production and Technical Group of the Makatenergoremont Division, of Atyrau Regional Branch for Gas Pipelines Management of Intergas Central Asia, CJSC;

2005 – 2006, Leading Engineer on Repair, Compressor Stations Department of Atyrau Regional Branch for Gas Pipelines Management of Intergas Central Asia, JSC;

2017 – present, Deputy General Director of Intergas Central Asia, JSC.

In 2015, he was awarded the Medal of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan For Contribution to the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry. In 2020, he received the Award Pin of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the Distinguished Worker in the oil and gas industry. In 2021, Mr. Kismetov was awarded with the Kurmet Order.
