 JSC NC QazaqGaz organized the HR Connect event, which aimed to exchange best practices and innovations in HR management among the Samruk-Kazyna Fund's portfolio companies.

 
The HR Connect event facilitated discussions on a range of key topics, including dual training, social support measures, corporate culture development, and support for young professionals, all of which are crucial to effective HR management.
 
In addition, employees of the QazaqGaz group of companies spoke about projects such as the Uzdik Maman competition, the Women's Club, and other significant initiatives.
 
HR Connect demonstrates the Samruk-Kazyna Fund's commitment to continuously improving HR processes and developing human resources potential in its portfolio companies.
