From 22 to 24 September this year the sports grounds of Intergas Central Asia’s Training and Vocational Courses Center in Shymkent hosted traditional summer corporate Olympics among the employees of Intergas Central Asia, JSC (a member of KazTransGas group of companies).
The elapsed sports festival brought together 180 best performing employees from each operating branch of the company and its headquarters who challenged the medals in seven sports contests including volleyball, mini-football, field athletics, chess and ping-pong. 
The mini-Olympics stays among the brightest events in the corporate life of Intergas Central Asia, JSC, supporting the corporate spirit of the company members feeling as a single team. Uptake of the sportive movement and aspiration towards the healthy lifestyle are an important resource to shape the successful development of the company. As it was justly remarked in the welcome address delivered by the Executive Management, while training the human spirit in sport contests, the gas industry men are paving the way of success to the new operating achievements.
All the three days long, the sports site was seized with the breath of unity and team spirit. The drive to win and move ahead was felt in each game. The fans and audience, who spared neither palms nor voices, in every way they could, cheered up the fighting spirit of their colleagues!
For each sport competition the results were drawn for both, individual and team leadership and finally the jury determined the best team results in the entire tournament. 
The tournament achievements were announced at the end of the third day of the event during the award ceremony.
Thus, in team leadership, the honorable title of the champions of the 10th Summer Corporate Olympics of Intergas Central Asia was awarded to the sportsmen from Atyrau Branch. The silver prize-winners by the final team results of all contests, became the sportsmen from the branch, namely, Management Division for Emergency and Recovery Operations and Special Machinery. The team from the Engineering and Technical Center took the bronze.
All winners were awarded with cups, diplomas and gifts of value. 
The participants of the corporate Olympics expressed their gratitude to the management of the company for the organization of this remarkable festival of sports. 
It is hardly possible to overestimate the benefit of these competitions. Apart from the wonderful opportunity to realize oneself in sport, during these days the participants and guests of the Olympics received a unique possibility to talk to each other, share and set up networking. Everyone felt oneself a fellow of a big team in the same family of workers of gas transmission industry. And this achievement is the top result of the Olympics. 

Intergas Central Asia was established in July 1997 to directly manage under the terms of concession the main gas transmission infrastructure in Kazakhstan.
