There have been changes in the management of JSC "National Company "QazaqGaz". By the decision of the Board of Directors of the company, in coordination with the Management Board of JSC "NWF "Samruk-Kazyna" the Management Board has been completely updated.

The first Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "NC "QazaqGaz" was appointed Mukay Yerlan Bakkozhauly, who has work experience in ministries, state financial organizations and departments. Working in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the quasi-public sector, as well as international oil and gas companies, he applied innovative methods and new approaches in finance and marketing. He held the positions of financial director in the international company Shell (Netherlands), Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Economics and Finance of JSC NC KazMunaiGas, senior positions in other quasi-public and private companies.

Ikhsanov Meyrbek Okasuly was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Production and Marketing of JSC NC "QazaqGaz". He has production and management experience in international companies, participated in the implementation of major projects in 9 countries. Prior to his appointment, he worked as a regional director for marketing and sales of new technologies at the international company Schlumberger in Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt, Russian Federation, as well as in the Middle East and Central Asia. Completed the full Management Development program at the head office of Schlumberger (Paris, France).

Akan Aydin Mukhituly was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Economics and Finance of JSC NC "QazaqGaz". He has considerable work experience in the national companies of JSC NC KazMunayGas, JSC NAC Kazatomprom, where he took an active part in the management of the financial and economic block of industrial enterprises. He holds a Master's degree from King's College London in Financial Mathematics and also holds an MBA from the University of Wales.

Arman Ginayatovich Kassenov, who has 20 years of experience in the gas transportation industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has been appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Strategy and Business Development of JSC NC QazaqGaz. Over the years, he held senior positions in the group of companies of KazTransGas JSC, in particular, he headed KazTransGas Onimderi LLP, was Deputy General Director of KazTransGas JSC, oversaw issues of finance, marketing and corporate development. He has a PhD in Economics.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of JSC NC QazaqGaz consists of five people: Chairman of the Management Board S. Zharkeshov, Members of the Management Board - Mukay Y., Ikhsanov M., Akan A., Kassenov A.

In JSC NC QazaqGaz, the Management Board is a collegial executive body that manages the current activities of the national company, and also ensures the implementation of decisions taken by the shareholder and the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the previously adopted decision, the powers of the members of the Management Board of JSC "NC "QazaqGaz" Rustam Suleymanov, Tayir Zhanuzak, Bekzat Abaiyldanov, Ruslan Abdullin, Azamat Maitiyev were terminated.
