Mr. Sagimbekov was born in 1988 in Karaganda region.

Education: Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov (2010), major in Finance, Karaganda State University (2011), major in Finance, Kazakh Humanitarian Law University named after M.S. Narikbayev (2015) with specialty in International Law.

Work Experience: Between 2010 to 2017, employment at a number of positions with executive and managerial responsibilities including the position of the Head of Department for International and Military and Technical Cooperation, State Defense Procurement, Technical Policy, as well as the Head of the Managerial Support and Protocol Department at the National Company Kazakhstan Engineering, JSC.

2018-2021, Head of Staff Governance and Administration Office, the National Company Kazakhstan Engineering, JSC.

2021-2022, Head of Staff Governance and Administration Office, the State-Owned Republican Enterprise KazSpetsExport.

2022-2023, Deputy General Director on Production of KazTransGas Onimderi, and concurrently Managing Director for Safety, Risks and Legal Issues at the National Company QazaqGaz JSC.

2023-2024, Head of Staff Governance and Administration Office, the National Company QazaqGaz.

Since March 2024, Deputy General Director, Intergas Central Asia, JSC.

Awards: Honorary Mechanical Engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2020). Certificates of Honor from the Minister of Industry, the Minister of Defense, the Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry. Awards from the Nur-Otan Party.
