1998-2001, Credit Officer, Head of Section, Credit Financing for the Small Scale Business under the EBRD Credit Facility in Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan, OJSC.

2001-2004, Internal Auditor, Head of the Audit Section under the EBRD Kazakhstan Small Scale Business Program.
